NPP-NECC hails victory of Agatha, Ferlin Sangma

NONGPOH: The National People’s Party, North East Coordination Committee (NPP-NECC) has congratulated Agatha Sangma on being elected as Member of Parliament (MP) from Tura Parliamentary Assembly seat in the just concluded Lok Sabha elections.

The NPP-NECC General Secretary, Dibishon Mallai while talking to The Shillong Times, stated that in fact as members of the party they were confident of the victory considering the performance and competency of Agatha Sangma as a leader.

Mallai also expressed optimistic that the victory of Agatha Sangma will be a source of inspiration to deliver the set goals before her as a leader to bring about changes in the economy, welfare and security of the people of the region.

Further, Mallai also congratulated the party candidate, Mrs Ferlin CA Sangma on winning the bye election from Salsela constituency which clearly showed that the people of the state have confident under the leadership of the Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma, who is also the NPP, National President.
