TURA:A brief spell of thunderstorm on Thursday afternoon was enough to cause water logging at many places in Tura.

The crucial Ringrey Road at the heart of the town was water logged due to poor planning by the PWD. The drains that are meant to remove the excess water has been clogged with debris for years with no clean up undertaken.

Similar water logging incidents took place at Chandmari bridge and also next to the Tuberculosis hospital area.
