Unclaimed body
The SP of Police, East Khasi Hills informed that an unidentified male body was found lying on a garbage dumping site at Wahsidun, Puriang (Shillong-Jowai road) on June 1 at 11 am. After inquest, the body was sent to SDM&HO Civil Hospital, Shillong for holding post mortem examination and then kept in CH morgue room for identification and claiming.
