SHILLONG: NPP Mawkyrwat Block has congratulated national president of NPP, Conrad K. Sangma for the elevation of NPP as a national party.
The meeting of the executive committee chaired by Sandorlang Ramsiej, general secretary of Mawkyrwat was held at party office on June 8. The NPP committee acknowledged the hard work of Conrad which resulted in the Election Commission of India declaring the party founded by late P A. Sangma, a national party.
Diverland Lyngdoh, chief organiser of the NPP Mawkyrwat Block also asked the party workers to strengthen their respective units as per the constitution of the party.
