SHILLONG: KHADC Executive Member in charge of Land, Titos Chyne on Friday directed Hima Mylliem not to issue any No Objection Certificates to any company, government office or defense forces without the knowledge of the Council.
Titos who met with the acting Syiem of Hima Mylliem and myntris also discussed about the land records. It was decided that anyone who wants a land record from the KHADC should first approach the office of the Syiem of Hima Mylliem Mylliem.
“Even the land record from the headman or Syiem Raid is not enough unless the land record is issued from the office of the Syiem of Hima Mylliem”, he said.
