Dalmia Cement provides aid for flood victims

SHILLONG: Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, in its continued commitment towards building communities, has come out in full support of the Northeastern region for the rehabilitation of the affected people in the states of Assam and Meghalaya, owing to the floods in the entire region.
The company donated Rs 50 lakh to the Meghalaya CM’s Relief Fund on July 20.
On the other hand, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limted also donated to the Assam CM’s relief fund on Saturday to help the flood-affected victims.
The Executive Director, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., Sunil Aggarwal, handed over the cheques to the chief ministers of both the states.
