Shillong: The office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills informed that on July 30, an accused person namely Luckyson Khardewsaw was awarded life imprisonment for an offence under Section 3(a) of POCSO Act, 2012 punishable under section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 and default sentence of one month rigorous imprisonment.
The order was passed by B. Khriam, Hon’ble Court of Special Judge (POCSO), Shillong.
