SHILLONG: The Meghalaya People’s United Front-East Jaintia Hills District (MPUF-EJHD) along with MPUF-Khliehriat Circle condemned the killing of 20 years old, Sonarious Chyrmang.
In a statement issued here, the MPUF said they assisted the family members of Chyrmang to write an FIR against four persons, Memon Latam, Hemon Latam, Shaniah Latam and Lambas Lamurong who are residents of Mynthlu village.
The organisation has asked the police department to book the alleged culprits under stringent sections of law.
It may be mentioned that Chyrmang was allegedly assaulted by four persons on August 4 he succumbed to his injuries on August 10.
The organisation claimed that the four persons confessed their crime at the Dorbar Shnong Mynthlu.
