KL Bajoria, St Francis ‘D’, Jaintia Eastern win matches

SHILLONG: The North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) has conducted three enthralling matches on Friday, as part of the NEHU Inter College Football (Men) Tournament in which St. Edmund’s College played the first match against KL Bajoria College. In normal time, the score was leveled at 1-1; however, KL Bajoria defeated St. Edmund’s by 5-4 as the match went along. The second match was played between Mawlai Presbyterian College and St. Francis “D” Assisi College, in which the latter defeated their opponents with a lone goal. In the third match, NEHU, Shillong were defeated by Jaintia Eastern College by 2-0. St. Anthony’s College, Shillong will be playing against Mendipathar and KL Bajoria College will be locking horns with St. Francis “D” Assisi College in the upcoming matches of the tournament.
