“The preparation of the biggest campaign of the Swachh Bharat Mission was in full swing,” R.W.Syiemlieh, SDO, PHE Nongstoin Division told media persons here on Wednesday, where volunteers from the above organisations and villages along the national highway will take part with the Swachh Bharat Mission’s team and officers and staffs of PHE, Nongstoin and Mairang Divisions.
