SHILLONG: Rashtriya Poshan Maah will be observed next month with the slogan “Har Ghar Poshan Vyavahar” (Every Household a Celebration of Nutrition Behaviour). The programme will be launched on September 2 by Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma at Tura and by the Minister of Social Welfare, Kyrmen Shylla in Shillong. Similarly all districts will have their respective launch of the celebration.
The implementing departments like Social Welfare Department through Anganwadi workers, Health and Family Welfare Department and others will carry out activities and spread the message during the month.
