SHILLONG: The North East Speed Skating Championship concluded on 31st August at Dispur Roller Skating Rink. Meghalaya players’ Paominlun Gangte under 10, Lam-me-Naphrang Mawroh under 8, Elanson I. Minsil under 10 and Jasmine Lamare under 12 participated in this event. Jasmine Lamare under 12 from Little Angle Higher Secondary School secured 3rd position in this even which was organised by North East Roller Sports Association.Pawan Kapoor, President of North East Roller Sports Association, General Secretary Bhumidhar Barman, Joint Secretary Suklang Dkhar (Head coach of Meghalaya Roller Skating) were present at the prize distribution ceremony.
