Caution against NRC rumours

SHILLONG:  The Assistant Inspector General of Police (A), Meghalaya has informed that since the publishing of the final draft of NRC on August 31, by the Government of Assam, numerous false information have been spreading through social media as well as media agencies.
He has urged the media houses and the public at large to refrain from spreading rumours or false information which may create public disorder.
