The exhibition will be inaugurated by Meghalaya Governor Tathagata Roy and the Editor, The Shillong Times, Patricia Mukhim.
Being a healer as well, Kalra has given a new dimension to both her art and healing by using art to heal.
She creates customised art work for people according to their problems or illness, physical or mental.
These are created with appropriate colours and symbols through which the person gets healed by visualising them.
These include problems like depression, blood pressure, diabetes and many other ailments. She believes that if people can’t reach you, then you must reach out to them and calls it art with a purpose.
