JOWAI: A 50-year-old man identified as Talniang War of Mynso village, West Jaintia Hills died on the spot at Wah-Nangbah junction in Iawmusiang market on Saturday evening after he was run over by a truck.
According to Jowai Police, War fell down and was hit by the rear wheel of a moving truck.
The body was taken to Ialong Hospital and was later handed over to the relatives.
