Shillong: The Meghalaya Football extend Heartiest congratulations to the H Elias Higher Secondary School football team and support staff for winning the prestigious U-17 boys Subroto Cup football tournament in New Delhi on Tuesday. H Elias defeated defending champions Bangladesh Krira Shiksha Protisthan, which is the national sports institute of Bangladesh, 1-0 in the final.
