Ryngnga gets Sonia’s approval

SHILLONG: Congress president Sonia Gandhi has approved the candidature of Batyngshain Laitmon Ryngnga for the Shella bypoll scheduled on October 21.
The approval was announced in a statement issued by Congress general secretary Mukul Wasnik.
