SHILLONG: A man belonging to the Raid Sawkur of Nongkseh, Upper Shillong said that he had recently received a letter in which unknown miscreants claiming to be HNLC cadres threatened him and the executive committee of the Dorbar Shnong. AL Thangkhiew of Raid Sawkur, Nongkseh, Upper Shillong lodged a complaint stating that on September 21, he had received a letter which had been sent to him by post in which unknown miscreants claiming to be HNLC cadres, threatened the complainant, his family members and the executive committee of the Dorbar Shnong.
When contacted, police said that the matter is under investigation and that the letter is being examined
