SHILLONG: The third general council meeting of Forum of Councils under Sixth Schedule (FOCUSS) will be held at Pinewood Hotel conference hall on Friday.
It is expected that the representatives of Autonomous District Councils of the North East will be present at the programme. The chairman of FOCUSS who is also the Chairman of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC), PN Syiem will brief at the programme.
There will also be discussion and approval of FOCUSS constitution and guidelines and election of office bearers.
Discussion on the amendment of the Sixth Schedule will also take place.
