NONGSTOIN: The District Magistrate, West Khasi Hills District has imposed an order under Section 133 CrPc prohibiting persons from destroying the site drainage along the National Highway that blocks the flow of the drainage system for purpose of approaching to their land and for making vehicular access crossing the drain.
