VIP vehicle with red beacon

SHILLONG: A VIP vehicle was seen plying with red beacon in the city.
The vehicle (ML 05S 1975 ) was seen plying on the route from Goralane to Police Bazar and the Vahan website showed that the vehicle belonged to Phulbari MLA, SG Esmatur Momin.
However, when contacted, the MLA denied the report saying he never used the beacon as he was in Tura and the vehicle was with him.
