Assault
Satalson D Sangma of Resubelpara, NGH, lodged a complaint that on November 6 around 7 pm, one Korak G Momin of the same place assaulted latter’s wife causing grievous injuries to her. The accused also threatened her and her children with dire consequences.

Bike stolen
Angur Miah lodged a complaint that on November 5 around 6:30 am, miscreants stole his motorcycle (ML-14-0091) from near Mir Jumla Tomb at Thakuranbari village under Monabari OP, SWGH.

Clamped vehicle flees
A complaint was lodged that on November 4 around 11 am, personnel of Nongstoin Traffic Branch clamped one vehicle (ML-05-0405) which was found parked in a ‘No Parking Zone’ at Nongstoin market, WKH. However, it was discovered in the evening that the vehicle had left the place along with the clamp.

Theft
On November 1, miscreants stole iron water pipes from the residence of Durganand Thakur in Oakland.

Loan regularisation failed
Vanrapuii Chaungthu of SBI RASECC, Shillong, lodged a complaint that two car loans were sanctioned to one Pynshngainlang Wann of Lapalang, but despite repeated reminders sent to him, the borrower failed to regularise the loan account with around Rs 1,80,817 outstanding against him.
