SHILLONG: Congress MLA and Opposition Chief Whip P T Sawkmie has condoled the death of Edmund Speakerson Lyngdoh,a former cabinet minister and ex-MLA of Nongbah-Wahiajer Constituency. He had also served as MDC in JHADC.
“ His death is a great loss to the family members and the people of Nongbah-Wahiajer Constituency which was represented by him in 1993”, Sawkmie said.
