SHILLONG: Governor Tathagata Roy told a delegation of GHADC MDCs who called on him on Tuesday that he will go by the rules regarding the demand for reconvening the session to take up no-confidence motion.
Five MDCs led by GHADC Deputy Chairman Mettrinson G. Momin met the governor and apprised him about GHADC chairman Denang Sangma abruptly adjourning the House recently without taking up the no-confidence motion.
Momin said the meeting was positive since the governor assured the delegation that he would go by the rules.
