Court concludes hearing on KHADC, GHADC

SHILLONG: The High Court of Meghalaya has reserved two judgments regarding the stalemate in GHADC and KHADC after the hearing was concluded on Saturday.
While the GHADC case is regarding the sudden adjournment of the House by the chairman without taking up the listed no-confidence motion, a petition was filed by KHADC CEM Latiplang Kharkongor against Raj Bhavan for not approving the list of Executive Committee members.
