SHILLONG: The Forever Young will organise the 23rd Midnight Swim on December 31 at Crinoline Swimming Pool to welcome New Year 2020. About 5 tonnes of ice blocks will be put inside the pool for the occasion. Participants have been requested not to take any kind of intoxicants during the event.
