SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Legislative Assembly remembered the late legislators Constantine Lyngdoh and Edmund Speakerson Lyngdoh.
Late Constantine was known as a man who defeated former Chief Minister DD Lapang.
Edmund was a former MLA and Cabinet minister and also a former MDC of Jaiñtia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC).
