Load shedding reduced to 2 hours per night: Conrad

SHILLONG: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma informed that load shedding hours has been reduced to two hours in the night from Monday (January 20) while the exact timing will be worked out by the MeECL.

While the state government has come under severe criticisms for the long duration of load shedding, Sangma addressed a press conference here on Monday to inform that a meeting was held to discuss about the power scenario and come out with certain solutions.
