NONGPOH: Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI), Meghalaya Branch, Ri Bhoi District from Civil Hospital Nongpoh and Bethany Hospital Outreach Nongpoh on Saturday observed the 200th birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, the ‘Lady with the Lamp’ in Nongpoh in their respective hospitals.
The observation included a candle light walk and a short programme in remembrance of the strenuous contributions of Nightingale towards improving the medical care and public health service in India.
