NEW DELHI:  In the Nirbhaya case, a session court here has reserved order on a revision petition of father of one of the death-row convicts, Pawan Gupta.

The plea challenges the Magistrate order, which dismissed the application questioning the credibility of the sole witness and claimed that the witness was tutored and his statement was not credible.
