SHILLONG: The election committee of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) informed that the election for the central executive council 2020-23 will be held on February 22 from 9 am to 3 pm at the community hall, Jaiaw Shyiap & Lumpyllon.
In a statement issued here, the chairman and secretary of the election committee, KSU, Danny M Khyriem and Samuel Jyrwa have appealed to the members, who are willing to take over the responsibility to lead the union, to apply for the post of president, general secretary, etc., and to come forward.
The election committee members informed that nomination forms can be made available from the office of the union at Jaïaw Chapel Road from January 30 till February 6 from 10 am to 3 pm.The last date for submitting the nomination form is on or before February 6 (5 pm).
