Minor rape case: Mahila Cong demands arrest of culprits

SHILLONG: The Mahila Congress, Shillong city has demanded the arrest of the culprits involved in the rape of a 14-year-old girl.
In a statement issued here, the Mahila Congress expressed concern and demanded immediate arrest of the four accused.
“We urge the authority to nab the culprits and that justice be meted out as per law,” the statement said.
Earlier, a minor girl was allegedly abducted, raped and strangulated. The accused then threw her in Madanrting Bazar where the police found her.
