Truck seized
On February 5 around 3.30 am, Dainadubi Police detected one pick-up vehicle (AS-18C-3467) suspected to be loaded with coal which, when signaled to stop for checking, fled away towards Assam. Police, however, managed to intercept the same and brought the vehicle to Dainadubi OP and apprehended the driver viz., Rabiyal Ali (28) and two others viz, Robul Ali (30) and Sanuwar Ali, all hailing from Assam and seized the coal-laden vehicle.

Theft
Vikash Gurung of M/s ATC India Tower Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., lodged a complaint that on Thursday morning, he found that unknown miscreants stole 48 batteries valued around Rs. 2,40,000 from their Tower Site at Mawiong under Diengpasoh PS, EKH.
