Women’s rights
The NSS, Seng Khasi College organised an awareness programme on ‘Women’s Rights’ in the college campus on Tuesday. The college principal, Y Swer, NSS POs, teachers and more than 200 students attended the programme. Advocate and founder and president of Jharna Foundation, S Bhattacharjee was the resource person for the programme.

AHAM unit
The A’chik Holistic Awakening Movement (AHAM), Achotchonggre sub-unit was formed under the Mendal Regional Unit, North Garo Hills on February 23. The president of the unit is Anil Marak, general secretary is Bathus Sangma and chief organising secretary is Salbison Marak, a release issued here informed.
