SHILLONG: The East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner has informed that in order to enable the residents of Bishop Cotton and McCabe localities to purchase their daily essential commodities during the ongoing curfew promulgated in the district, temporary grocery units will be set up on Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
The initiative was since the area did not have groceries.
