NONGSTOIN: The Khasi Students Union (KSU), Lyngngam Hynneng Brei Area unit, on Monday distributed relief materials to the victims who lost their house in a fire on April 14.
The house, which was gutted belonged to Medalin Puwein and Siwingtar Mawlong of Nongjaiaw under Mawshynrut civil sub division of West Khasi Hills.
The KSU led by its president Stelius Rongrin and the headman donated the relief. Rongrin said that they would take up the matter with the office of BDO Mawshynrut C&RD Block for relief from the government.
