Balachanda AHAM wants FIR revoked

TURA: The Balachanda Regional Unit of Achik Hynniewtrep Awakening Movement (AHAM) has appealed to the district administration for deployment of paramilitary forces in the area and sought withdrawal of an FIR filed by the West Garo Hills Police against AHAM.
Earlier, AHAM had alleged that Muslims are not allowing the Garos to purchase essential commodities in Phulbari and Rajabala area. However, police declared the allegations as an attempt to flare up communal tension.
