SHILLONG: The office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, informed that one Joy Roy (30), son of Parimol Roy and resident of Nongrimmaw, Laitumkhrah, has been missing from his residence since March 23.
Roy is 170 cm tall, has fair complexion and was last seen wearing black jeans, black full-sleeve shirt and black shoes.
