New Delhi: Former New Zealand head coach and present Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Director of Cricket Operations Mike Hesson returned to home on Tuesday after being stucked in India for over a month due to nation-wide lockdown amid coronavirus outbreak. While India remains in lockdown till May 3, New Zealand eased its stringent measures on Tuesday. Under normal circumstances, Hesson would currently be with the RCB for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League, which was originally scheduled to get underway on March 29. However, the coronavirus pandemic forced the postponement of the tournament until further notice. (UNI)
