Assam: 1 more tests COVID-19 positive, tally upto 42

GUWAHATI: One person from Karimganj in Assam , secondary contact of an attendee of Nizamuddin Markaz Jamaat , has tested positive for COVID-19 infection on Thursday night. With this total COVID-19 patients in Assam now stands at 42 – 29 are discharged from hospitals, 1 death, 12 active cases in hospitals. It has been informed by state’s Health Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.
