Salary sanctioned to ad hoc teachers

SHILLONG: With the intervention of the Sub-Divisional School Education Office (SDSEO), salary was sanctioned to every teacher’s account and there is no salary deduction percentage on ad hoc teachers’ salary, informed president of All School Teachers’ of Meghalaya, Kenneth Shadap.
He also expressed gratitude to the state government for paying heed to its demands.
Shadap pointed out that Ad hoc are under Category D but they are working with limited monthly wages as compared to others.
