Rs 20L with DCs to meet exigencies

SHILLONG: The state government has taken steps to deal with Amphan cyclone.
In reply to a call attention motion moved by Mayralborn Syiem (Congress) in the Assembly on Friday, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said that to enable the deputy commissioners to respond quickly, Rs 20 lakh has been parked with them to meet the exigencies.
