Mawlai MLA seeks help to state’s flood-hit

SHILLONG: The MLA from Mawlai, PT Sawkmie has requested the  Chief Secretary M.S. Rao  to sanction financial assistance at the earliest to all the flood-affected districts so as to enable respective district administrations to reach out to the people financially.

Sawkmie pointed out that natural calamities hit a few districts of the state of late and requested the government to support the affected people.
