Joshua rules out Tyson fight
London: British heavyweight boxing star Anthony Joshua categorically ruled out any chance of fighting the legendary Mike Tyson. Tyson has been hinting at making a comeback to the ring for exhibition matches and Joshua said that he himself would be booed if he ended up getting the better of Tyson.’With all due respect I wouldn’t,” Joshua told The Sun. “Even if I fought Iron Mike and beat him, I think I’d be the only one cheering. People would boo. He is a legend. Bobby Morrow dies at 84
Washington: Bobby Morrow of the United States, winner of three gold medals at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games, died at the age of 84. His family said he died of natural causes at home in San Benito, Texas on Saturday. Morrow won the 100m and 200m in Melbourne and led the United States’ 4x100m relay team, matching the world record of 20.6 seconds in the 200m and helping the relay squad set a world record of 39.5 seconds. He remains one of four men to win Olympic 100m, 200m and 4x100m gold at the same Games, alongside Jesse Owens (1936), Carl Lewis (1984) and Usain Bolt (2012 and 2016).The sprinter retired from athletics in 1958, and in a brief comeback bid in 1960 he failed to qualify for the US Olympic team.”Mr Morrow’s legacy will live on forever in San Benito,” the San Benito school district said on Facebook. AIFF to reopen office
New Delhi: With 50 percent work force and other guidelines in place, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) is set to reopen its office after a break of more than two months owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The AIFF on Sunday issued the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be followed by the employees. As per the guidelines, no more than 50 percent staff would be allowed within the office premises at any given time. The employees’ temperature will checked at the main gate before they make their way into the office. Should any department require full attendance under exceptional circumstances, the head of the administration must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. The staff will be required to download the Arogya app. An employee will be allowed to work from home if he or she is not up to the mark health wise. The guidelines will come into effect from Monday.(PTI)

New Delhi: Veteran India batsman Suresh Raina on Sunday hailed former South Africa skipper Faf du Plessis and his wife’s initiative in helping feed 35,000 kids in South Africa amid the global COVID-19 crisis.”Really proud of the work @faf1307 & Imari are doing to feed 35,000 kids in South Africa who are struggling during #COVIDaf19. I urge all of you to come forward & help in whatever capacity you can,” Raina said in a tweet which was met by warm acknowledgement from du Plessis.
