SHILLONG: KHADC chairman Pyniaid Sing Syiem on Friday petitioned Power Minister James Sangma for the installation of a transformer in Mawryngkneng PHC.
Syiem said that the new PHC building has no transformer and the Director of Health Services Aman War informed that the department has already paid the estimated amount in full to MeECL.
