Tura Civil Hospital conducts first batch of 34 RT PCR tests

GUWAHATI:  Tura Civil Hospital in Meghalaya has been enabled to conduct RT PCR tests for detection of COVID-19 positive cases even as Meghalaya government is trying to further augment the testing capacity in the state.

First batch of 34 RT PCR test were conducted in Tura Civil Hospital today.

“Congratulations to the team at Civil Hospital Tura for the first 34 RT PCR tests conducted in Tura. Installed capacity is 90 test per day,” tweeted the Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma.
