Activist wants public toilet made functional

SHILLONG: A social activist has asked the state government to make the public toilet at Lower Lachumiere, functional, failing which he would approach the Prime Minister’s Office.
The public toilet, which was constructed nearly 10 years ago, will be of value for the citizens, especially officials who come to work at the Administrative Building, the activist, SB Marbaniang said.
