GUWAHATI: The Governor of Meghalaya, Tathagata Roy has remembered the pioneer industrialist of the country from yesteryears, J R D Tata and recalled his immense contribution towards the economic growth of the country.

“116th birth anniversary of J R D Tata today. It is such people that build the wealth of a country. When I said that the government ought to sell off all state-owned enterprises, a lot of Lefties and pseudos were heard howling. I advise them to visit the graveyard of HEC Ranchi,” tweeted the Governor on Tuesday.
