Meghalaya: 66 recover from COVID-19 today, active cases now 590

GUWAHATI: With recovery of 66 COVID-19 patients on Friday, the number of active cases in Meghalaya stands at 590 on Friday night. The active cases included 261 cases among the BSF and Armed Forces personnel and 329 others.
Till date 411 patients have recovered in the state that has reported five deaths due to COVID till date.
“Total Active Cases: 590 Total BSF and Armed Forces: 261 Total Others: 329 Total Recovered: 411 Today, 66 individuals have recovered from the virus in the State,” tweeted Chief Minister, Conrad Sangma.
