LeT terrorist held in Kashmir

Srinagar:  A Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist was arrested in a joint operation by security forces in north Kashmir’s Bandipore district on Wednesday, officials said.
Police said that based on reliable information about a plan regarding a terror attack and ground investigation, a joint team of police, Army and the CRPF arrested an active terrorist of the LeT at Hajin.
Accused Aquib Ahmad Rather is a resident of north Kashmir’s Handwara. Police said incriminating material, apart from arms and ammunitions, were seized from his possession.
Police has registered an FIR started investigation.(IANS)
